Face up strong, the Pride before the mighty fall

Through your growing fear, for all that you can see
Cries of despair, fuels your misery
Tear down your wall, from darkness towards light
Climb out from oblivion, it’s yours to fight!

Bitter is the pill that, fills your delusional soul
A dunce who craves disaster, digs deeper into the hole

We no longer live for ourselves
We live through the eyes of others
Well cant you see the agony that breeds?
Loss of control to words that yields
To ourselves we have deceived.

It is not what we were asked to see….
It is not what we were told to feel…

Unspoken words that take control
To conform for what’s being told
Just the way we can’t let it be
To a direction we can’t comprehend
The grand collapse that we can’t mend
Our spirit crushed inside…

Set Forward..gone backwards……

Lost all faith in one’s power
In the arms of others, lies the flower
Slowly what’s left becomes clearer
The end of strength draws nearer

Meeting our dead end
There is no one else to blame
Standing there in dismal shame
Lie’s fears ends the game
Far away from salvation
And far from sanity..

It all starts to fall apart
As time ticks away

Chanting fear into withered ears

Never did they wonder

Never did it matter
Never was it told.

Never did they realize
Never did they see
Never did they ponder
What was meant to be
