A milky white irises into a pool of black
Clouds unravel into a murder of crows
Perched on a mantle of pestilence
Their piercing eyes appraise the shuttling
Conveyors of the lost
Everything is tasteless
But the tang of blood

Marched across the inferno
We'll be water boarded with blood
For our sins
We'll never be forgiven
Tasteless and monotone with only stiff gestures
Envious of the tastes I can only witness

Opening a coffin from inside
Push out of an untended grave
The crumbling naked made alive
So they can be eaten by the damned
Insistent revenants haunt a past life vacuum
Between deaths
Braying insect animals
Toss our bodies into the maw
