Earth void of life, no birds shall roam the skies
The sun chars all barren ground with its pitch-black eyes
The swans turn gray with ash, waters red with blood
On the shores I feel the remains of a stricken life in mud

Before my eyes unfolds a scenery of pain
Home of the black flies, of locusts, shut chains
A kingdom built to fall from the start of time
A world built around the necrosis of mind

Arise, my precious tides, stand proud and tall
Crumble down on the cliffs and sweep away it all
Wash all the ashes away, sweep aside the dust
Make way for a new time for all that's left is rust

Under the waves hides the rust, under the rust a new time
A new time rinsed with hope and ridden of bleak days
Thrown into the abyss, hurled into the cold stream
Swept away into the dreary tides

Frozen is this air we all breathe
A lively stream shrouded by ice
Where once the day cherished its heart
Millions of eyes now reside

Another year coming close to an end
Another piece of time fading away
Every moment wasted in past's regret
Comes as years in the groves of pain

An icy wind blew over our land
A freezing gust of death swept it all away
Prepared the land for the oncoming snow
And the winter that holds it all within

A raft of icy clouds took over the skies
A frosted wall of grief to imprison the sun
The snow came crumbling down and the winter came
And the winter came

From a barrow to an utmost beauty
Became our land by the winter's grasp
This air sleeps in a world painted white
By the skies now gray like ash

Another aeon put to sleep
An era lost in the brink of time
The flow of time for us to keep
For us to hold in an eternal night

A sheet of white death from the skies

This snow, now our grave

In the shades of a black sky's arc
Our blood froze solid in our veins
As we wandered, blinded by the dark

The snow set, the winter came
Upon the icy earth
Painted with ice, sorrow and pain
A black mark in my heart

Once it came

As the summer comes, there is a time,
When the sun won't fall from the sky
The nightless nights, the longest days,
They'll end at the summers last rays

Lay of autumn, falls the yellowed leaves,
Arises the cold northern wind
In the northern pole the winter has awaken,
Beneath the sleeping sun the polar night has risen

Below the northern star so high up in the sky,
There is a misery and the life will die

I feel my sanity
Disappearing from my mind
Frost rises, burns inside
Darkens the world around me

I feel just like disease
A plague formed in my mind

Grows the numbness inside
Apathy engulfing me
Yet I won't defy

Feels like divinity

In the peoples faces around me, the children's eyes,
The heart of stone
No idea what I've become, no clue who I really am
For all I care is what is mine, as in the darkness I

Cold as ice my aching heart, stone kind my hollow mind
Lifeless as the autumn leaves, lingering on the morning shine

Sometimes I look up the sky with these eyes of glass
Sometimes I glance at my feet, and drop a tear of ash

Cold as the clouds above, dark as the evernight
The eyes seeping agony, and the hatred deepdown in side
The coldness and the hopelessness, the leafless trees,
The withred groves
All remind me of who I am, as I lay alone with my woe
